The PMO Business Transformation Director will build transformational change capabilities for the NYC Projects. This position leverages Maximus’ digital platforms and resources to configure people, process, and technology to build and use new software components in a plug and play manner to quickly bring value to the business. The incumbent is a proven thought and methodology leader who is adept at analysis, implementation and reporting of processes, systems and documents for operational effectiveness and continuous business process improvement.


 Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing an effective Business Process team in the analysis and implementation of sustainable “best practice” solutions and procedures. 
- Provide recommendations for the use of technologies in the company’s various departments and projects.
- Oversee the development of business analytics to identify and drive opportunities for data based business decisions.
- Support proposal activity for new business processes as needed.
- Build business process expertise within the team and develop best practices.
- Oversee timely and accurate reporting of operation metrics for business leaders and the client.
- Provide leadership to the Change Control Documentation team including Policy and Procedures, to set expectations, metrics and efficient processes are in place.
- Ensure documentation and administration of vendor management policies to confirm vendor compliance with contract terms.

Minimum Requirements:
- Direct and control the activities of a broad functional area through several department managers within the company.
- Has overall control of planning, staffing, budgeting, managing expense priorities, and recommending and implementing changes to methods.
- Work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the company.
- Participate in corporate development of methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people.
- Ensure budgets and schedules meet corporate requirements.
- Regularly interact with executives and/or major customers.
- Report to Senior Director or VP level.
