The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance and oversight for Human Resources and administrative projects and tasks. Administers and coordinates human resources programs such as benefits, with a primary emphasis on employment and employee relations matters involving employees; communicates and interprets company human resources policies and procedures for managers and employees.


 Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct organizational analysis and build business partnerships while contributing to the development and execution of established objectives. Collaborate with HR team on business initiatives and objectives including human resources and strategic planning.

- Manage implementation and administration of HR processes such as recruitment, selection, onboarding, orientation, performance management, employee relations, individual and leadership development, reward, recognition, compensation and benefits, health and safety, diversity, retention, succession planning and regulatory compliance.

- Establish and measure HR metrics, analyze and make recommendations for process improvement.

- Devise and implement retention strategy to meet the needs of the business. Partner with organizational leaders to identify and establish career path opportunities.

- Lead positive employee relations for assigned direct reports, including high levels of employee engagement, development and recognition. Establish processes for employee engagement issue identification and resolution.

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in related field and 3-5 years related professional experience required; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
