Maximus is currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator that can work on a remote basis. The Marketing Coordinator concentrates on marketing/advertising related assignments and works with team members towards project success.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities:

-Leveraging innovative ideas and approaches, utilize applicant tracking system (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), social media outlets, job boards and professional networks to help build talent pipelines for hiring initiatives.

-Generate and maintain job postings on internal and external sourcing platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness of posting.

-Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.

-Report weekly progress and talent pipeline updates to Sourcing Manager.

-Pull lead and applicant details daily and distribute to recruiter team(s).

-Assist in coordinating local advertising and marketing efforts.

-Experience with purchasing media/advertising a plus.

Required and/or Desired Qualifications:

-1 or more years of experience sourcing for active and passive candidates a plus.

-Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms a plus.

-MS Office experience, including Word, Excel and Outlook.

-Intermediate experience using MS Excel specifically is preferred.

-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and thrive within a fast-paced environment.

-To work from home, candidates must be self-motivated and able to work independently with only daily or weekly direction from management.

- Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts.
- Assist employees with inquiries related to benefits, payroll and policy.
- Responsible for managing processes and maintain a close and highly responsible relationship to the day-to-day activities of supervisors and staff.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent with 1-3 years of experience.
- May have training or education in area of specialization.
