Audits
-Develop and review internal audit procedures and tools
-Conduct audits and report results:
oProject related improvement opportunity and risk assessments
oHIPAA
oSentry One
oProvider Compliance

-Investigate compliance issues discovered through audits or incident reporting to determine the severity and if corrective action is needed.
-Inform leadership of the impact to the business because of compliance issues, concerns and audits.

Risk Assessment & Management
-Initiate changes as required to maintain compliance.
-Lead URAC (and other) accreditation processes
-Responsible for the analysis of non-compliance incidents to support management corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
-Able to determine root cause of non-compliance incidents.
-Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
-Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Business Development, or other teams to facilitate timely and accurate submission of compliance related reports.
-Work closely with the Training and Quality teams to ensure compliance standards
-Advise on risk mitigation, avoidance and neutralization strategies as it relates to areas of compliance, such as Organizational Conflicts of Interest (OCI).
-Manage and develop processes and procedures that ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards. Track and execute data and reporting within a system or database.

General Tasks and Management
- Provide technical assistance to program operations with internal and external customers on all compliance and/or government contractual matters.
-Collect, analyze, and prepare data for scheduled and routine reporting
-Manage the continuous improvement/corrective action programs.
-Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
-Lead discussions, disclosures and execution of new and existing plan updates
-Act as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve problems.
-Frequent interaction with subordinate employees, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
-Provide risk assessment and management guidance to both peers and subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
-Oversee accreditation processes and program to include: QIO like entity compliance and maintenance, URAC and others as identified Others as identified

Minimum Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree
oMasters preferred
o5 years’ experience in Federal Government Contracting environment preferred
-Excellent written and oral communication skills.
-Knowledge of software and analytical tools.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
-Proactive, self-starter with the ability to work well in a team environment and independently with limited guidance.
-Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and capable of effectively prioritizing and multi-task.


 Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for employee performance and retention, performance feedback, determining employee Bonus and Merit incentives.
- Responsible for the Internal Audit programs by reviewing existing processes and making recommendations to insure controls are in place.
- Conduct Quality Training initiatives.
- Investigate compliance issues discovered through audits or incident reporting to determine the severity and corrective actions needed.
- Manage the continuous improvement/corrective action programs.
- Schedule and provide ongoing staff training regarding quality and compliance topics.
- Provide oversight of the Quality Management System to ensure compliance to established Policies, Procedures, and the ISO9001 Standard.
- Initiate changes as required to maintain compliance.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- Manage, perhaps through subordinate supervisors, the coordination of the activities of a section or department with responsibility for results, including costs, methods and staffing.
- In some instances this manager may be responsible for a functional area and not have any subordinate employees.
- Work on issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors, including an understanding of current business trends.
- Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
- Act as advisor to subordinate(s) to meet schedules and/or resolve problems.
- Develop and administer schedules, performance requirements; may have budget responsibilities.
- Frequent interaction with subordinate employees, customers, and/or functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company.
- Often must lead a cooperative effort among members of a project team.
- Receive assignments in the form of objectives and determine how to use resources to meet schedules and goals.
- Provide guidance to subordinates within the latitude of established company policies.
- Recommend changes to policies and establish procedures that affect immediate organization(s).
