Job Description Summary
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
•Create process documentation for cloud and on-premises services and systems
•Create interactive training materials and perform training to all levels of the organization.
•Assess data derived from project and systems performance management processes and. identify gaps.- Perform quality assurance of work products delivered by Infosec, IT and Project Management team members and service providers.
•Create reports (in Excel) used to evaluate trends to support continuous improvement initiatives.
•Manages vulnerability management program for mission-critical IT System Components; review IPS logs, audit logs (system/application) weekly
•Provides infrastructure support, including troubleshooting infrastructure and administration issues
•Facilitate assessment and remediation of monthly compliance scan reports from NESSUS, weekly vulnerability scans from Qualys for compliance to FedRAMP requirements for Cloud Service Officering’s (CSO) and non-Cloud systems and applications
•Coordinate all remediation efforts for known vulnerabilities.
•Manage Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms) for all open and closed vulnerabilities.- Analyze data and report on issues and challenges related to the effective execution of project and performance management processes.
•Maintain knowledge library and documentation of standard operation procedures (SOPs).
•Coordinate business requirements gathering with customers (internal and external) and document for MAXIMUS IT support teams.
•Analyze system data and performance reports to support identification of trends and business impact.
•Analyze information related to systems management activities (estimates, resources, time logs, risks, change requests, and schedules), and prepare actionable recommendations to support business objectives.
•Facilitate daily meetings with all levels within the organization, develop working relationships with management, staff, stakeholders, and partners.
•Participate in client meetings to address needs of project stakeholders.
•Seek opportunities to add value to internal and external client initiatives.
•Manage the activities of the project in accordance with MAXIMUS established policies and procedures.
•Recommend changes to policies and establishes procedures.

Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience.
•May have additional training or education in area of specialization.; CISSP or Security certification, preferred
•In depth knowledge of NIST 800 53 security and privacy controls, Risk Management Framework, FedRAMP requirements – Security Assessment Framework and templates.
•Knowledge of Qualys and NESSUS applications and ability to identify, assess and remediate report data
•Exceptional verbal and written communication
•Understand Continuous Monitoring of cloud and non-cloud systems.
•Recommend solutions to a variety of system, infrastructure and application problems of moderate scope & complexity.
•Management all required assessment activities for cloud and non-cloud systems.
•Contribute to the completion of organizational projects & goals.
•Knowledge of Linux and Windows based devices.
•Understand patch management and maintenance for cloud and non-cloud systems
