Job Description

This Senior Analyst role will assist the IAM Management in implementing and maintaining MAXIMUS’s IAM program, including operational activities, identity enforcement and access governance. This position will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and maintenance of all layers of IAM applications. The Senior Analyst will directly contribute to the overall enterprise IAM architecture and the delivery of the security vision and strategy.


 Job Summary

Job Duties/Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and maintain IAM solutions
  • Provide subject matter expertise on IAM topics
  • Prioritize and execute elements of the program based on risk and business objectives
  • Control, monitor, and audit privileged access to systems and applications
  • Coordinate the design, creation, and implementation of security roles, profiles, and attributes
  • Perform access reviews and compliance audits
  • Develop and document IAM policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines
  • Create and conduct training for staff on the use of IAM related tools and processes
  • Participate in other information security projects and operational duties
  • Performs other duties as necessary and assigned

Education/Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years of security or technology related experience, with at least 3 years in identity management preferred
  • CISSP, CISM, or CISA certifications desirable
  • Administrative experience with commercial IAM tools
  • Knowledge in enterprise directory services and integrations (Active Directory, LDAP, SAML)
  • Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Azure AD, ADFS, SSO, multi-factor authentication, SAML, or Privileged Access Management
  • Ability to communicate technical information in understandable business terms
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation skills, and verbal / written communication skills
  • Strong customer service abilities required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of staff. Skilled in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, Visio, MS Project, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
  • Ability to execute many complex tasks simultaneously, and work as a team member as well as independently


Education and Experience Requirements
  • IGA - Identity Governance and Administration is necessary
  • Experience or exposure to SailPoint Identity Now or Identity IQ is helpful, but not necessary
