RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for performing analyses of numerous Contingent Workforce programs and initiatives and making recommendations for continuous process improvement.
Create, maintain, and analyze timely analytics/metrics for reporting on Contingent Workforce staffing initiatives on weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Create and maintain any additional ad hoc analytics requests
Responsible for creating and maintaining new/innovative reporting platforms to convey results using the allocated tools.
Responsible for converting complex data into visually appealing presentation formats to be delivered to audiences at all levels.
Partner with Project, divisional and corporate Recruiters, recruiting and Human Capital Leaders to understand long term and short-term staffing goals and assist in implementation of sourcing strategies in support of business need.
Ensure compliance with Company applicant tracking practices and with federal/state laws.
Utilize metrics to assess sourcing strategies to Ensure effective investments are being made & report on recruiting activities as required or requested.
Interacts and builds relationships with third party vendors as necessary.
Support and enhance current integrations between Workday and Fieldglass; monitor integration error logs to ensure that they are working properly.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with large scale recruitment or MSP knowledge and the ability to present analytical findings in a clear and concise manner.
Combine relevant data from multiple sources including HCM, ATS, finance, and other systems to provide strategic recommendations addressing company wide as well as project specific trends or issues.
Requirements:
Experience with Workday and Fieldglass (or another VMS tool)
2+ years’ experience in Staffing/ Talent Acquisition
2+ years’ experience working with Managed Service Programs (ok if working with the MSP while employed on the staffing side)
Advanced Excel, Advanced PowerPoint
STRONGLY PREFERRED
Power BI experience
Experience with Cognos, Costpoint
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing human resources support including but not limited to company policies, recruiting, onboarding, providing employment law expertise, and solving employee relations problems such as investigations, mediations, progressive discipline, employment terminations, etc.
- Track performance ratings and compile HR-related statistics for assigned group(s).
- Update employee records with changes and/or corrections in employment status, including salary, position information, scheduled hours, and personal information.
- Assist hiring managers in choosing appropriate company jobs to best suit business needs; draft or edit new job descriptions as need arises.
- Collaborate with Recruiting team throughout the recruitment process; serve as intermediary between Recruiting and hiring manager.
- Communicate effectively with other Human Resources teams and departments as necessary.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 3-5 years of related professional experience required.
