The Project Supervisor-Data Analytics will have a keen interest in applying statistical analysis, visual analytics, and optimization/simulation modeling into real-world operational processes to improve decision-making and drive business change. This role will have a passion for interpreting the 'story in the data' and use the information to drive process-centric improvement.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
•Works with client and internal stakeholders regarding call taking and digital solutioning platform.
•Ensures overall health and performance of digital platforms.
•Supports all architecture within platform, adjusting architecture tables as needed, to ensure the health of platform.
•Oversees and manages digital analytics team.
•Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
•Design and build technical processes to address business issues.
•Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.
•Recruit, train, develop and supervise analyst-level employees.
•Manage and optimize processes for data intake, validation, mining and engineering as well as modeling, visualization and communication deliverables.
•Examine, interpret and report results of analytical initiatives to stakeholders in leadership.
•Oversee the data/report requests process: tracking requests submitted, prioritization, approval, etc.
•Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
•Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs.
•Communicate results and business impacts of insight initiatives to stakeholders within and outside of the company.

Education and Requirements:
•Must have Genesys digital and architect experience.
•Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
•Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
•Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
•Experience writing advanced SAS code statements, models, and macros.
•Experience working with and creating databases and dashboards using all relevant data to inform decisions.
•Experience using analytics techniques to contribute to company growth efforts, increasing revenue and other key business outcomes.
•Strong problem solving, quantitative and analytical abilities.

•Strong ability to plan and manage numerous processes, people and projects simultaneously.
•Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills.
•BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics preferred

We’re looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in a position monitoring, managing, manipulating and drawing insights from data, and someone with at least 3 years of experience leading a team. The right candidate will also be proficient and experienced with the following tools/programs:
•Strong programming skills with querying languages: SLQ, SAS, etc.
•Experience with big data tools: Teradata, Aster, Hadoop, etc.
•Experience with testing tools such as Adobe Test & Target
•Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau, Raw, chart.js, etc.
•Experience with Adobe Analytics and other analytics tools
•C, C++, JAVA, or other programming languages

•Must be able to work from home and comply with remote working policies and requirements
•Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
•Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently.

•Project Hours of Operation are Monday to Sunday 24/7 operations

 Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise team members and processes to sustain an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity.
- Coordinate and evaluate the work of Reporting Specialist(s).
- Assist with the creation of monthly client PowerPoint presentations.
- Supervise and conduct the development of required, routine and ad hoc reports.
- Provide management staff with up-to-date program statistics.
- Provide contractually required monthly and quarterly project status reports for corporate, the project, and the state.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reports in compliance with contract and project requirements.
- Participate in program expansion planning and implementation.
- Meet all standards established for this position as outlined in the corresponding annual performance criteria and bonus template for this position.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by Management.

Minimum Requirements:
- Associate degree or equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of related experience.
- Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including ensuring non-exempt employees get the rest & meal breaks.
- Comply with all company required policies, procedures and processes including but not limited to required training.
- Provides immediate supervision to a unit or group of employees, assigning tasks, checking work at frequent intervals, and maintaining schedules.
- A portion of time is normally spent performing individual tasks related to the unit or sub-unit.
- Generally supervises semi-skilled employees or a few individual professional contributors.
- Works on issues of limited scope.
- Follows established practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained.
- Monitors daily operations of a unit or sub-unit.
- Requires full knowledge of own area of functional responsibility.
- Frequently interacts with subordinate employees and functional peer groups.
- Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations concerning specific projects or schedules.
- Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.
- Directs subordinates to complete assignments using established guidelines, procedures and policies.

- Develop work schedules and assign duties to subordinates to ensure efficiency.
- Evaluate subordinates' job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action.
- Discuss job performance concerns with subordinates to identify causes and issues and works closely with the Human Resources department on resolving problems.
- Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates.
