Job Description

'Reporting to the Sr. Vice President of SOA – PAX, and working closely with PAX functions, the position is the primary performer of a number of critical administrative processes. Especially important is the execution of the monthly capacity planning process. In additional to execution of the processes the position monitors trends and patterns and provide insight to PAX leadership. The position provides direct support and coordination of processes and activities with HR , Finance, and PAX managers in the areas of recruitment, invoice processing, new staff on – boarding, and PAX training , e,g., WFM “bootcamp”. The position also assists with the preparation of presentation materials (PowerPoint), meeting materials , agendas, and follow-up on assigned actions. Emphasizing the need for consistency and repeatability the position is expected to maintain excellent and readily accessible documentation of PAX internal procedures and processes in and to seek improvements in those standards and best practices. The position trains PAX staffs in effective use of relevant standards and best practices.'

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
  • Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
