Job Description

-Act as a Partnership Plus subject matter expert to assist State VR agencies, ENs, TPM staff and partners to understand, implement, and continuously improve Partnership Plus development and implementation strategies.
-Act as point of contact and/or team member to help develop, coordinate and/or implement projects or initiatives that have a Partnership Plus focus, using a variety of planning, training and communication strategies and materials.
-Work in collaboration with TPM management, data reporting staff and program consultants to develop, implement, track and analyze data to better understand, report, and promote the expansion of VR/EN Partnership Plus activities.
-Gather, manipulate and use analytical tools to determine and report on performance results.
-Ensures data accuracy and creates ad hoc reports.
-Performs, researches, and analyzes complex tasks and processes and makes recommendations regarding modifications to improve efficiencies or resolve complex issues/problems.
-Actively participates in ISO development and formal documentation for all processes.
-Act as a resource to provide information and assist EN and VR agencies to function more effectively and improve services for Social Security disability beneficiaries.
-Under the guidance of the management, support business model improvements and serve as program technical consultant, as appropriate.
-Help monitor overall project performance related to contractual and internal goals on Employment Network capacity building and performance. The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience.
  • Advanced degree or professional designation preferred.
  • Develops solutions to a variety of complex problems.
  • Work requires considerable judgment and initiative.
  • Exerts some influence on the overall objectives and long-range goals of the organization.
