Job Description

-This position will be responsible for investigating and compiling responses to Employment Network (EN) inquiries, and will also be responsible for completing research and data entry in a variety of Social Security Administration (SSA) and MAXIMUS systems in order to complete tasks and/or respond to inquiries as directed.
-The position will work closely with SSA EN Service Branch staff team members on a daily basis, to support the efforts of the SSA ENSB to the fullest extent possible, using knowledge of the TPM, the Ticket Program, and the diverse population of service providers.
-High School Diploma or GED required.
-Associate's degree preferred.
