The Sr. Human Capital Specialist ensures that human resources process are in place and followed and ensures proper staffing by actively recruiting for all open positions. The Sr. HC Specialist engages in tactical sourcing for the organization and proactively seeks candidates from multiple sources to meet the demanding needs of the business. The Sr. HC Specialist is responsible for ensuring consistent branding of the organization and demonstrates results using traditional and creative recruiting/sourcing methods to recruit qualified physicians in both urban and rural geographic areas.

Essential Job Duties:
• Provide Human Capital support to ensure successful human resources processes
• Develop, update, and communicate departmental policies and procedures
• Ensure that all staff are knowledgeable regarding contract requirements pertaining to Human Capital issues
• Leads with recruitment and hiring efforts to ensure compliance with project and corporate policies and contract requirements
• Source candidates through a variety of means including internet, job-posting, etc.
• Interview and screen candidates using established onboarding process
• Participate in trade shows as needed to promote company’s services and recruit clinicians for 1099 assignments
• Develop a pool of quality candidates for future medical assessment contract work
• Oversee development and distribution of human resources reports that provide management with timely information such as project headcount, turnover, performance evaluations, and other reports that impact project performance
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• At least three (3) years of recruiting and sourcing experience required
• Experience sourcing on various job boards including, but not limited to: LinkedIn, CareerBuilder, Doximity
• Must be able to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and strong communication
(verbal and written) skills to be able to communicate with all levels of management
• Ability to effectively respond to and interact with all levels of the organization
• Must be a self-motivator and maintain a positive attitude
• Must demonstrate solid judgment and the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
• Exceptional organizational and documentation skills as this positon will require heavy documentation and reporting
• Strong knowledge of EEO and OFCCP compliance requirements
• Flexibility to respond to urgent client requests or candidate follow-up on evenings and weekends when necessary
• Timely and accurate follow-up and follow-through skills
• Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
• Ability to work well as a team member and independently
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products

Preferred Experience:
• At least one (1) year of recruiting/sourcing healthcare professionals; ideally Physicians and Nurses

• PHR Certification
• Experience with utilizing Salesforce
• Proficient knowledge of iCIMS and Workday
