Job Description

This is a developmental position that will provide the successful candidate access to C-Level and Board of Director level insights and work.   As a member of the Global HC leadership team, this person will support the CoHC in all aspects of his job. 

Responsible for developing and delivering high quality Human Capital metrics and project managing global initiatives for the Chief of Human Capital  

Individual will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, including but not limited to hiring/staffing presentations and data compilation for the CEO, CoHC, and other executives; succession planning projects; full responsibility for the project management/oversight of all projects run by CoHC’s direct reports; working directly with all domestic and non-domestic Human Capital leads to track progress on projects and report activities to CoHC as needed; traveling to audit HR best practices on an as-needed basis up to 20% of time.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a project management portfolio in Microsoft Project for all activities performed by leadership members, including all Human Capital Vice Presidents and the Human Capital management team. Accomplished by meeting with all HC VPs and Managers bi-weekly to analyze current project workloads and provide project management and consulting support to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work proactively and independently with Senior Level Management, Executives, and Field Human Capital Management to perform analysis of relevant Human Capital metrics, uncover and interpret trends in data, and produce substantiated recommendations to management.
  • Evaluate and audit Corporate HR processes for recruiting practices, record retention, I-9 processing, benefits compliance, personnel files, and EEOC and AAP data – travel to MAXIMUS projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Perform administrative tasks including submitting and auditing expenses, maintaining calendar, and scheduling meetings as needed.
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in a math based curriculum: Business, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics
  • Economics, MBA preferred
  • 3+ years of related work experience to include human resources activities and/or project management experience preferred

  • Ability to keep confidential information
  • Able to self-manage critical corporate HC projects such as preparation of Board of Director level presentations and analysis
  • Top 10% in business writing skills
  • Possesses strong detail orientation and organization
  • Top 10% in analytical skills and expert level excel skills
