Job Description

-Tasked with coordinating required systems maintenance with Corporate entities, vendors and project staff, maintaining systems interfaces, PC based applications, the LAN, intranet and phone systems, including ACD system.
-Analyzes business needs, processes and problems, and consults with users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving business processes.
-Develops, compiles, and analyzes reports as necessary for all project areas including MAXe, telephone system, and Access databases.
-Generates reports in accordance with a schedule approved by the Program Director.
-Extracts data from multiple systems, including but not limited to MAXe, telephone system and Access databases, on an ad-hoc basis.
-Utilizes MAXe, Crystal Reports, MS Access and other systems for report creation and development.
-Analyzes data and develops written reports and summaries for internal and external sources.
-Validates consistency and accuracy of data utilizing various statistical tools.
-Identifies, researches, and resolves data quality issues.
-Develops recommendations for edits to ensure the quality and integrity of data.
-Translates the needs of users into recommendations for systems designs and functionality.
-Conduct administration of applications at the Server OS level (configuration management, security and version updates, vulnerability mitigation and remediation).
-Manage recovery operations of new and existing application systems at server OS level.
-Perform systems account provisioning and administration.
-Conduct routine hardware and software audits to ensure compliance with established standards, policies, configuration guidelines, and version control.
-Develop work plans, deliverables, and tracking tools for project quality control and management.
-Support IT Service Desk initiatives and provide back up for the Team Lead on operations priorities.
-Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other PC peripherals, Operating Systems and related hardware, as well as remote access devices.
-Diagnose, resolve, and follow up on issues relating to various user concerns using IT Ticketing System.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
  • Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
  • Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
