Job Description

Maximus is currently looking for a Virtual Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. In this position the Recruiting Assistant will be responsible for assisting with aggressive recruiting needs by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and quickly adjusting plans to the ever changing needs of our contact center environment. The Recruiting Assistant will work closely with the entire recruiting team performing various administrative functions. This is a challenging position that is suited for a high-energy individual who must be able to meet aggressive goals and timelines.


Responsibilities
-Provide assistance with iCIMS (ATS), Background Checks, Adjudications, Tuition Reimbursements, payroll and vendor forms.
-Provide guidance to staff and management regarding MAXIMUS processes regarding workflow and proper approvals for audit tracking of HC functions.
-Support Tuition Reimbursements, and Employee Referral Bonus programs .
-Provides assistance with disability, health, and life benefits, paid time off, and retirement plans.
-Monitor systems to identify trends to determine if actions are necessary.
-Assist with special with projects or manage coordination of HC processes.
-Coordinate new hire paperwork and iCIMS tracking  to assist with training and onboarding events as part of project startups.
-Provide Benefits overview questions.
-Provide assistance on internal websites and benefits reporting.
-Provide analysis on MAXIMUS policy.

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
  • High School Diploma with 0-2 years of experience.
  • May have additional training or education in area of specialization.
  • Works on assignments that are routine in nature, with responsibilities easily learned on the job.
  • Acquires job skills and learns applicable policies and procedures to complete routine tasks.
  • Able to read, understand & perform assignments within prescribed guidelines.
  • Communicates routine information in a clear and accurate way with internal & external contacts.
