The Senior Training Manager will be responsible for implementing the development and delivery of technical training programs and work instruction materials through collaboration and communication with senior leadership, training staff, management, and other program stakeholders.  

Employment is contingent upon contract award

Responsibilities
  • Manage collaboration with stakeholders to perform needs analysis, develop learning objectives, and design deliverables that meet the business needs and organizational quality standards
  • Create and organize training sessions and deliver instructor-led training programs as needed to achieve business outcomes and effective transfer of learning in the workplace
  • Develop and implement training programs and materials to ensure business requirements are met for effective operation programs
  • Ensure that the training staff are provided with up-to-date knowledge of project-related updates, processes, and procedures
  • Lead the design and development of training curriculum and manage training sessions and schedules
  • Develop a means of measuring the effectiveness of training programs developed or administered through evaluation, testing, and assessment of program outcomes
  • Ensure all staff are sufficiently trained on all procedures and updates
  • Ensure that procedures are managed and updated timely
  • Perform other duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required
  • Seven (7) years of related experience required
  • Three (3) years of leadership experience required
  • Experience providing training on reviewing applications, appeals, invoices, change request forms, and fund recovery requests
  • Experience supporting the production of procedures for Government approval
  • Previous experience in a Training Management role required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work well independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to quickly grasp and adapt to new concepts
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and put it into practice

Additional Requirements as per Contract/Client:

  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust Security Clearance
  • United States Citizenship
