What You Will Do:
Attain, LLC has an exciting role available for a SharePoint Administrator to work directly with a DoD client to manage SharePoint sites and content, and Knowledge Management processes.

Responsibilities include:
•Maintain and update customer SharePoint Sites, subsites, pages, apps, and permissions
•Maintain configuration of SharePoint layout and changes to site requirements
•Gather customers requirements to develop and maintain SharePoint libraries, lists, and other apps
•Maintain document repositories (versions and tagging) for customer deliverables, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and team documentation
•Develop and maintain Knowledge Management process and procedures; provide training and SOPs to m aintain and update customer SharePoint Sites, sub-sites, pages, apps, and permissions.
•Utilize out of the box SharePoint capabilities to manage customer requirements
•Provide SharePoint training and tutorials to government leadership and team members
•Develop and maintain automated dashboards and reporting
•Knowledge Management
•Other tasks as required

Required Skills:
•Ability to manage multiple and ad hoc changes
•Experience with SharePoint designer
•Experience with SharePoint web development
•Experience with information management and knowledge management
•Active TS/SCI Clearance

Desired Skills:
•PMP, MS Teams-O365 Suite, HTML/CSS/JavaScript, Knowledge Specialist Information Architect, Security+
•Demonstrated ability to build trusted advisor relationships with clients
•Experience supporting sales and business development
•Experience with financial management

Years of Experience: 10 years in Knowledge Managment / Sharepoint
Certifications: SharePoint Site Management Certificate
Minimum Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree
