Job Description

1.Work directly with Legal and Proposal operations team in orchestrating bid responses, specifically as it relates to compliance, legal representations, identification of proprietary materials and coordinating research
2.Ensure material master data is maintained accurately and completely
3.Maintain high level of support-responsiveness, timeliness, customer service (contract questions, issues)
4.Coordinate response to FOIA requests
5.Act as subject matter expert in preparation and analysis of proposals
6.Develop and maintain standard policies and procedures to drive operational efficiencies and standardization of RFP responses
7.Ensure that risks are mitigated, and representations are acceptable per company standard; and in accordance with established policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements. As necessary, assist in modifying and updating department policy and procedure documentation
8.Support process improvement projects (templates, standard terms, system updates, etc.) to drive such operational efficiencies and standardization of RFP responses
9.Performs other related duties and assignments as required The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

•        High School Diploma

•        BS or BA degree

•        Legal experience e.g. para-legal, contracts management etc. required

•        3+ years of state and Federal contract experience

•        Strong understanding and experience with RFPs for government contracts

•        Experience with freedom of information act requests

•        Must be able to work independently, multitask and prioritize workload in order to meet demanding deadlines including flexible work hours

•        Strategic and analytical problem solver with strong business acumen

•        Demonstrated customer service skills

•        Demonstrated ability to act with speed, agility and accountability to drive desirable outcomes

•        Proven ability to quickly establish credibility, trust, and support within all levels of organization

•        Excellent verbal and written communications skills are essential

•        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel, required
