OPPORTUNITY LOCATED IN QUEENS, NY
TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION

The Workshop Facilitator is responsible for managing training sessions on area such as job skills, career exploration, self-discovery, developing soft skills, workshops, vocational training, assessment testing and special projects that assist clients in developing skills and or attaining employment to become self sufficient. The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience
  • Conduct engaging workshops and trainings
  • Assist clients in developing resumes
  • Provide guidance in using Mploy and other technology
  • Participate in the development of training programs
  • Assist in special projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, verbally and in writing, to all segments of the population
  • Ability to drive results
  • Experience in developing relationships with employers and community organizations
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

An associate’s degree in training, communication, business, or a related field; and/or equivalent experience.
